The Blue Lagoon: In a different light

I wanted to post some more pictures of the Blue Lagoon, this time from a rather different day weather wise.
This particular visit took place at about 5 o'clock at the end of May a few years ago. At this time of day the sunlight hits the water and completely changes the mood of the whole place. The cold slate walls still possess that overbearing quality, but the life in the water brings the scene alive.
